Screen printing is a printing technique that uses a mesh to transfer ink onto a substrate. The screen features a blocking stencil which makes certain areas impermeable by the ink. A blade or squeegee is moved across the screen, filling the open mesh with ink which is touched to the substrate momentarily. This technique is very precise and allows us to recreate your images onto clothing and other apparel.
There are many different techniques and materials that we use to create the product that you are looking for. Screen printing is a versatile printing option that works on a variety of materials including balloons, clothing, snowboards, decals, and much more. Prints that require multiple colors are generally harder to produce as they require multiple meshes as well as different materials and colors, but thankfully we have the skill and equipment necessary to complete such jobs.
